Configurable CNC Platforms for Plasma Cutting and Milling

We develop modular CNC machines for prototyping and small-batch, semi-industrial applications. Configurable for plasma cutting and milling, our platform focuses on robust construction, precise motion, and straightforward integration.

CNC Design-Options

Prototyping

We are currently testing the first technologie prototype of the product for the integrability of the various options, as well as the accuracy and reliability of the system.

CNC PLASMA CUTTING

Modular CNC plasma system for cutting a wide range of metals. Configurable to your application and expandable as requirements grow.

CNC-MILLING

Modular CNC milling setup for plastics, wood, and aluminium sheet metal up to 2 mm. Upgradeable for higher stiffness, precision, and throughput.

3D PRINTING

Based on the same modular platform, development is underway toward a large-format 3D printing system.

Drive

Drive options are available to match different cutting tasks and machine configurations. The selection depends on required dynamics, positioning consistency under load, and the desired balance between cost and performance.

Nema 23 Open-Loop

Cost-efficient stepper setup for prototyping and standard cutting tasks. Simple integration for typical positioning requirements.

Nema 23 Closed Loop

Stepper drive with encoder feedback for improved positioning consistency under load. Helps prevent step loss and supports more reliable operation.

Servo

High-performance drive option for higher speeds, smooth motion, and demanding duty cycles. Suitable for applications requiring maximum precision and throughput.

Controlling

Our CNC platform supports multiple control systems to match different requirements and budgets. The options below cover PC-based, real-time, and industrial controllers for milling and plasma setups.
